Board Meetings

The club hosts open Board meetings each quarter, as outlined in the calendar. All members are encouraged to attend and participate in the discussions.

During these meetings, the Executive Board shares updates on the club's overall status and presents important issues from both the club and PCA National for member review and discussion. Program Chairs will also detail their upcoming programs and events.

These meetings offer a fantastic opportunity for members to connect with those managing the club's operations and engage in meaningful conversations. In the past, we've held meetings at various regional merchants' garages or dealerships, accompanied by a complimentary brunch.

Additionally, the Executive Board meets monthly, and the minutes from these meetings are also provided.
