A PCA Rally is like a scavenger hunt in your car. If you like puzzles, you’ll love rallying. If you just love driving your Porsche on backcountry roads, you’ll love rallying too! A rally can be competitive or for fun. The objective of a rally is to follow a course, usually on public roads, to the precise detail specified in the rules. Competitive rallies dictate a certain schedule for checkpoints along the way. Fun rallies may include a gimmick (poker rally, regional interest).
Drive & Dine
VA Fall Drive-UPDATE: Trip is full, but we are taking waitlist registrations.
Join us on 9 October for our annual Virginia Fall Drive. Our first destination is Field & Main restaurant in Marshall, VA. After lunch we will journey to Sunset Hills Vineyard for a private wine tasting event, scenic lakeside parking, and enjoyment of the Loudoun county wine making countryside.

Coming Soon - Maryland Fall Drive!
We are excited to announce our annual Maryland Fall drive that will take place on Saturday 29 October. This year we are featuring exciting new routes and destinations. Leaving from Potomac, MD, our final destination is the Bavarian Inn Resort & Brewing Company (Bavarian Inn), in Shepherdstown, WV. Half way into our scenic back country route, we will be visiting Grand Touring Enterprises (Grand Touring), a premier car restoration facility, which will be opening its doors especially for us. We’ll get to see what they have “in the shop” being worked on and hear about how they do restoration work.
Registration opens in mid September. Stay tuned for more details.
POTOMAC DRIVERS’ EDUCATION
Schedule and registration links are at:https://pcapotomac.org/activities/drivers-education
Tire Rack Street Survival (TRSS) is a one-day, hands-on, real-world driving skills program for young adults 15-21 years old. Almost half the day is driving time in your own car with PCA instructors learning car control and safety maneuvers. Students learn skid control on a wet skid pad; go through lane change and accident avoidance maneuvers; do braking exercises; and drive a slalom course to learn about weight transfer. Cost is $95 per student and parents are encouraged to attend and participate in the classroom sessions. It's an invaluable lifetime learning experience that saves lives.

TRSS also needs ourDE and AX instructors!By the end of October, you’ve run out of tires and brakes for the season and you’re wondering if there are any events where you can still help out? Yes! Lean in and let’s make this year’s Potomac TRSS event the highest-attended TRSS event on the East coast - again! TRSS is very similar to the morning HPDC and AX school where our DE and AX instructors pass along car control knowledge to inexperienced new drivers. It’s a great way to have new drivers benefit from the quality of PCA Potomac’s instruction. The TRSS program is very rewarding: helping teens become safer and more educated drivers! There are great TRSS shirts and airbag demos at lunch so don’t miss out. For questions or details please contact Bill Dooleyat email@example.com
Please register now as a volunteer or in-car coach for the event here: https://msreg.com/TRSS2022
